Studio Rates (Terms and conditions)

Since each project is a collection of different things that need to be done, we need to speak directly with you so that we can prepare a quote that meets you specific needs.

Your total invoice from Richer Productions may include one or more of the following items:

Studio time - This rate is normally charged by the hour, in quarter hour increments. It includes the use of the studio facilities and the services of the engineer.
Talent fees - Depending on your project, there may be associated talent fees for contracted studio musicians, backup singers, or voice-over personnel.
Consumables - Materials consumed during the course or your production falls under this category. These items could include tapes, burnable CD's or DVD's, batteries, and anything else that cannot be reused once it has been "consumed."

Reserving Studio Time

Reservation of studio time will be confirmed upon receipt of deposit. For information on studio time and rates, please call Ken Richer at 419-636-2464 or email us: richerproductions@cityofbryan.net.

Cancellation

Cancellation or rescheduling of block bookings and lockout time must occur at least 5 (five) days in advance of the first session start time. Less than five days notice will result in the client being charged 20 percent of the scheduled time. All other studio time must be cancelled 48 hours in advance of the session start time. Less than 48 hours notice will result in client being charged one hour of studio time. Richer Production's studio has the right to retain all deposits if studio time is not cancelled within the time frame stated above. Richer Productions' studio will also charge clients for all expenses incurred in preparation for session prior to receipt of notice of cancellation. Payment for any rentals will be the client's responsibility.

Project Storage

Projects may be stored by Richer Productions' Studio for a period of 30 (thirty) days after completion of project. Client must remove project from studio or pay storage fees. Shipping charges are billed at cost plus a normal fee for packaging.

Payment

Richer Productions' Studio accepts cash or check as forms of payment. Payment is due upon completion of each session unless prior arrangements have been made. No project in any form will be released without payment in full. If paying by check, Richer Productions' Studio reserves the right to hold all projects until the check has cleared.
