30 minute Real Estate Basic – Listings with still shots

• Total program length is 29:00
• 2 minute show open using pictures of sales associates, pictures of office(s), text and or artwork onscreen.
• 2 minute show close using pictures of sales associates, pictures of office(s), text and or artwork onscreen.
• 25 minutes of property listings
  • 25 listings – 1 minute each
    • 6-10 pictures per property
    • Approximately 150 word property description

• 12 listings – 2 minutes each
  • 15-20 pictures per property
  • Approximately 300 word property description

• Realtor provides the following:
  • All photos (in digital format) of properties, agents, business office
    • Jpg, gif, bmp, formats preferred.  Contact us for other format compatibility
    • Photos should be at least 800 x 600 pixels
  • Any artwork, logos, marketing material, electronic formats are preferred
  • Written property descriptions per above guidelines
  • We will work with you to create program open/close

Cost -        $500.00 for initial 29 minute program,

$25.00 per listing to refresh thereafter

$  5.00 to update listing price

$25.00 to create/update realtor or agency spotlight

**This package can also be adapted for car and RV dealers.
