• Total program length is 29:30
• 2 minute show open using pictures of sales associates, pictures of office(s), text and or artwork onscreen.
• 2 minute show close using pictures of sales associates, pictures of office(s), text and or artwork onscreen.
• One – 8 to 10 minute home “feature tour”
• 15 to 17 minutes of property listings
  • 1 minute property listing
    • 6-10 pictures per property
    • Approximately 150 word property description

  • 15-20 pictures per property
  • Approximately 300 word property description

• Realtor provides the following:
  • All photos (in digital format) of properties, agents, business office
    • Jpg, gif, bmp, formats preferred.  Contact us for other format compatibility
    • Photos should be at least 800 x 600 pixels
  • Any artwork, logos, marketing material, electronic formats are preferred
  • Written property descriptions per above guidelines
  • We will work with you to create program open/close

Cost -        $800.00 for initial 30 minute program,

$  25.00 per listing to refresh thereafter

$200.00 feature home tour refresher

$  5.00 to update listing price

$25.00 to create/update realtor or agency spotlight

The use of on-camera talent such as an interviewer, host or tour guide is an additional fee.
